Today's decision
Basic tier · FreeOpen it in the morning and the day is already decided
What the session is, why it's appropriate today, how much it matters, and what missing it actually costs, including when the honest answer is very little. Short on time? It tells you the shortest version that still counts. Can't do the prescribed one? The other ways to do it are there: outside, indoors, or as cross-training, drawn from your own history. The adaptive plan underneath is generated around your goal, your fitness, and the days you actually have to train, and it reshuffles instead of leaving you behind an unrealistic schedule.

Fitness, fatigue & form
Basic tier · FreeSee your readiness before your legs tell you
Your long-term training base, your recent training stress, and how fresh or race-ready you are, tracked continuously from your training load, the same signal-based approach pro coaches use. (We call these Fitness, Fatigue, and Form: or CTL, ATL, and TSB if you want the technical labels.) Connect Oura, WHOOP, or Apple Health and your overnight recovery joins the picture: a genuinely rough night ahead of a hard session becomes a proposed easier day, waiting for your yes, before you're out of bed.
Weekly coaching reports
Basic tier · FreeA written recap of your week, not just a chart
Every week, a coaching report pulls your training load, compliance, and fatigue trend into a plain-language summary: what changed, what it means, and what to focus on next week. It's free for every athlete, generated entirely from your own training data, not a templated check-in.

Sticking to the plan
Basic tier · FreeCredit for showing up, on the days it was hard to
Every day your plan asks something of you and you do it earns points toward a monthly score, judged against what your plan asked of you rather than any distance or wattage. A prescribed half-hour walk is worth what a five-hour ride is, so the score can't be won by whoever has the most free time, and taking a rest day the plan asked for counts as following it. Days in a row are worth a little more, up to a ceiling you can reach inside a short plan. Miss one and it costs less than a completed day earns. A day you couldn't train, whether you were ill, injured, away, or you and your coach agreed to drop it, leaves the reckoning entirely once you mention it in the coach chat: no points, no penalty, and your run of days carries straight across it. A day you simply chose to skip is recorded as that and still counts, because a score that forgives everything isn't measuring anything. It's private, there's no leaderboard, and you can switch it off.

Your coach
Intelligent Coaching · $4.99/moYour plan tells you what to do. Your coach tells you why.
Ask why today's workout changed, whether you should train hard or take it easy, or how this week's fatigue affects your race goal, and get an answer grounded in your real training data and what you've told it before, not a generic script. Weekly coaching reports come standard for every athlete; Intelligent Coaching turns that into an ongoing conversation. Try it free for 14 days, then $4.99/mo, or $49.99/yr, 2 months free.
Training Plans
Your own judgment, respected
Intelligent Coaching · $4.99/moThink a number's wrong? Say so, and your coach actually listens.
Tell your coach your head unit's TSS runs off a stale FTP you never update, and it checks your real rides before answering, explains the actual math, and only then, if your reasoning holds up, proposes changing it for you specifically. Nothing changes until you confirm, and you can revert it any time in Settings. If the change genuinely doesn't make sense, your coach says so instead of just going along with you. Today this covers which input your effort score uses; more calculations are on the way.
